Here, we report the case of a 67-year-old woman who presented with bitemporal hemianopsia and visual impairment accompanied by mildly elevated prolactin. Pathologic and molecular examination of the tissue removed transsphenoidally revealed 2 distinct tumors: pituitary adenoma and pituicytoma.
