English A 22-month-old boy had xanthomatous skin lesions, neurofibromatosis, and chronic granulocytic leukemia. Histologic examination of the xanthomatous skin lesions disclosed juvenile xanthogranulomas. Twenty-three previously published cases of this association are reviewed.
