English We present three-dimensional computed tomographic findings of a juvenile granulosa cell tumor of the ovary at FIGO stage IA in a 17-year-old woman. Juvenile granulosa cell tumor is one of the rare sex cord stromal tumors of the ovary. Most tumors at FIGO stage IA have a favorable prognosis, whereas those at higher stages have a less favorable outcome.
