Space Tourism is an emerging industry with huge potential to become the most viable commercial use of outer space in the future. In parallel, sustainability as a concept emerged at the beginning of the 21st century and is more and more implemented in any business activity. Therefore, an interdisciplinary approach should be expected to be found in the literature to analyse the implication of sustainability on the Space Tourism sector. The final aim is to understand the extent of the growing importance of sustainability over the scientific research of sustainability in Space Tourism. This study selected through a semi-systematic literature review through a systematic process of nine studies that analyse sustainability in Space Tourism. In the end, the reader will have an overview of the interdisciplinary approach of the literature between the years 1992 and 2021. This paper results in different suggestions for further research on specific relationships and implications of sustainability for Space Tourism.
