In the face of the profound changes that are disrupting society and the environment, the challenges are constantly growing. The responses of Social work seem ill-suited to coping with the changing nature of the public, demands and the renewal of practices and services. The paradigm of social innovation is emerging as a cornerstone for meeting this combination of circumstances and crises, as it involves co-creating solutions by combining hybrid expertise (scientific, professional, user). The participation of users in social schemes makes this paradigm inseparable from the values of the social field. However, in Switzerland, , the subject remains poorly defined and supported in scientific, professional, political and economic terms. Through an ethnographic exploration of the nationally promoted Innovation Booster Co-Designing Human Services (IB-CDHS), this inductive Master's thesis aims to explore the encounter between social innovation and Social work.
Face aux mutations profondes qui bouleversent la société et l’environnement, les défis ne cessent de croître. Les réponses du Travail social paraissent inadaptées pour pallier l’évolution des publics, des demandes et la rénovation des pratiques et des services. Le paradigme de l’innovation sociale se présente comme une pierre angulaire pour satisfaire ce concours de circonstances faites de crises, car elle implique de cocréer des solutions en articulant des expertises hybrides (scientifique, professionnelle, usagère). La participation des usagers dans les dispositifs d’intervention sociale rend ce paradigme indissociable des valeurs du domaine social. Cependant, cet objet demeure au niveau helvétique encore peu défini et mal soutenu tant sur le plan scientifique, professionnel, politique qu’économique. Par l’exploration ethnographique de l’Innovation Booster CoDesigning Human Services (IB-CDHS) promu nationalement, ce Travail de Master à caractère inductif vise à questionner la rencontre entre innovation sociale et Travail social.
