English The assessment and management of tricuspid valve (TV) disease have evolved substantially in recent years. Increased understanding of the long-term adverse consequences of severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR), along with continued advances in surgical and percutaneous techniques, has led to a renewed interest in the "forgotten valve". The aim of this review is to explore the clinical and technical challenges related to transcatheter tricuspid valve treatment and to report the preliminary clinical experiences.
