English Interest in the transcatheter solutions for tricuspid regurgitation has gained momentum given the limited indications for and high in-hospital mortality associated with isolated surgical intervention. Advanced imaging techniques to guide the procedures are the key to technical success. The following overview of the imaging requirements of selected devices is intended to give a glimpse into the complex procedures now possible with imaging guidance.
