English The project Territet Belle Époque is a complex of culture and leisure gathering an exclusive hotel accommodation, an exceptional Belle Époque event room, a museum of Swiss tourism and hospitality and a souvenir shop / library. This bachelor thesis focuses on this last part, the boutique and the creation of its commercial strategy and is the last element that the Association Territet 2018 needs to present the viability of the project. To achieve this mission, this work is composed of four main parts.
