English French This study proposes to interpret the social support practices taking place in a field of investigation according to an innovative framework, that of the "agile method of intervention in social work" that provides an agile structuring of the follow-ups. This interpretation implies looking at situations in their complexity and considering them from a perspective that focuses on strengths and resources. Starting from the postulate that the framework selected to talk about an intervention leads to a different interpretation of it, it follows that referring to agility changes the meaning given to an intervention and tends to open up other perspectives. I have applied the method of experiment-investigation research within a socio-educational institution and collected data on the professional practices of social workers. By mobilizing the agile referential to interpret the collected data, I show how the agile method allows to structure the action through the categories it proposes. Cette étude propose d’interpréter les pratiques d’accompagnement social ayant lieu sur le terrain d’enquête selon un référentiel innovant, celui de « la méthode agile d’intervention en travail social » porteuse d’une autre structuration, agile, des suivis. Cette interprétation implique de regarder les situations dans la complexité et de les envisager selon une perspective qui s’intéresse aux forces et aux ressources. Partant du postulat que la grille de lecture sélectionnée pour parler de l’intervention amène à l’interpréter différemment, il en découle que se référer à l’agilité change le sens donné à l’intervention et tend à ouvrir d’autres perspectives. J’ai appliqué la méthode de recherche de l’expérience-enquête au sein d’un dispositif d’accompagnement socio-éducatif orienté par la demande des personnes et consigné des données sur les pratiques professionnelles de travailleurs et travailleuses sociaux􀂘ales. En mobilisant le référentiel agile pour interpréter les données récoltées, je montre comment la méthode agile permet de structurer l’action au travers des catégories qu’elle propose.
