English French This research focuses on LGBTIQ+ topics, as well as the place given to them in the context of Bachelor in Social Work. The study is structured in four parts and follows a qualitative approach. The first section introduces the theoretical framework, as well as a literature review, both organized around two central themes: LGBTIQ+ topics and Bachelor in Social Work. Section two describes the research and analysis methodology applied. The collected material results from 21 interviews, 2 focus groups, as well as a documentary analysis. The material is then assessed through the methodological scope of general inductive analysis and anchored theory. The third section presents the results of the analysis and reveals the main aspects which motivate participants in giving importance to these topics in the context of their training, as well as underlying issues influencing their stance. These practices are addressed from a legitimacy perspective, as well as the interweaving of private and public spheres. The last section of this paper lists a few courses of action proposed by the participants, the contributions and limits of this study, as well as the interest it presents for undergraduate social work education. Cette étude s’intéresse aux thématiques LGBTIQ+ et à la place qui leur est donnée dans la formation Bachelor en travail social. Ce travail s’inscrit dans une démarche qualitative et se présente en quatre parties. La première expose la revue de littérature et le cadre théorique, qui s’organisent autour de deux sujets centraux : les thématiques LGBTIQ+ et la formation initiale en travail social. La deuxième partie restitue le dispositif méthodologique. Issu de 21 entretiens, 2 focus groups et une analyse documentaire, le matériel récolté est analysé en s’inspirant de la méthode de l’analyse inductive générale, ainsi que de l’analyse par théorisation ancrée. La troisième partie restitue les résultats de l’analyse et révèle les éléments principaux qui motivent les participant_es à donner une place à ces sujets dans la formation, ainsi que les enjeux sous-jacents à leurs postures. Ces pratiques sont abordées sous l’angle de la légitimité, ainsi que de l’imbrication des sphères privée et publique. Ce travail s’achève avec quelques pistes d’actions proposées par les participant_es, les apports et limites de la recherche, et ses intérêts pour le travail social.
