English Nowadays, an increasing number of people are engaging in ecology due to heightened warnings from scientists concerning the repercussions of climate change. The companies are progressively acknowledging the necessity to diminish their carbon footprint.
Nevertheless, the challenge persists in finding methodologies for quantifying greenhouse gas emissions. The principal impediment lies in the scarcity of intuitive mechanisms for quantifying carbon dioxide emissions in a transparent and traceable manner.
Initiated by Innosuisse, the WISER project endeavours to establish a digital ecosystem that interlinks diverse repositories of sustainability data to compute various scenarios that generate carbon dioxide emissions.
The objective of this bachelor's project is to develop a mobile application capable of integrating the diverse data sources proposed by WISER and presenting visual representations of carbon dioxide (CO2) emission calculations for end-users.
